I didn’t say anything about “white” or not “white”.

My neighborhood is mostly old W.A.S.P. blood, but the “masses” from the surrounding areas come to “share” our nice things. Those people are mostly white, mostly eastern Europe, mostly fresh over or their parents were. I’ve found that Indians are litterers, and Koreans are not litterers. I’ve found that western Europeans are not litterers and eastern Europeans are litterers.
“White, or not “white” has very little to do with it.
