I don’t understand how she still has her job after past legal problems.
My understanding based on some of the news, she was originally appointed by Gov Jeb Bush to fill a vacancy. Subsequently she was elected to the position. Her removal could be done by the Governor. In this particular case, the Governor is on the ballot for what now is an office that is contested, i.e. where he has a personal interest in the outcome.
There are state and federal interests here, and it looks like the federal court is now involved. What I hope comes out after this is a good old fashioned DOJ investigation of this county into voting irregularities, suppression etc, and perhaps make them and eventually other democrap precincts under federal control ... in a manner similar to what BHO was doing to local law enforcement after Ferguson MO, or the courts did to schools under desegregation, etc.
Don’t forget after all the alleged Russia interference hysteria, there was an attempt by the federal government to evaluate state voting systems and many (all?) democrap states refused to participate. I’d also like to know what was learned about Florida during that review and in particular Broward County. (I am guessing they participated with a GOP governor).
