Judge Gives Blowhard Jim Acosta His Bullhorn Back
Canada Free Press ^ | 11/16/18 | Judi McLeod

Meanwhile, it’s a dog-eat-dog world of which braying donkeys approve

Proving the old adage that “The Law’s an ass”, a federal judge on Friday granted CNN’s request for a court order that would temporarily reinstate ‘correspondent’ Jim Acosta’s White House press pass.

In this case, the law’s not only an # but donkeys are riding all over it because it, in effect, gives a bullhorn back to a badgering blowhard.

Put him in the back. Don’t call on him.

The judge doesn’t want to be doxed by CNN. The Democrat thugs are winning, unfortunately.

I agree the Pres needs to ignore this order and address the people directly. Why even elect a President if a judge can oversee any action?

Don’t call on Accosta. Don’t call on CNN. Freeze them out entirely until CNN makes the decision to ban Accosta from the White House.

Better: CNN will have no access while Acosta is employed. That's how the Left would play it.

Too bad the intern couldn’t file an assault charge against him.

I think he has to cross all the is and dot all the ts because this will be precedent. You HAVE TO let Acosta in until it’s been decided, and this will be a new precedent, that what he did is, indeed, grounds for a banning. It’s the right call. The last thing we want is Acosta to win an appeal on a technicality.

It is temporary until until they go to court or resolve the issue.

All this means is they have to let him into the building while that is decided.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

With two armed Secret Service Officers continually on either side of him.

Acosta would then be frog marched out of the White house if he acted up yet again. I hope its captured on video.

Set up rules for orderly press briefings: No yelling.
Raise your hand.
I will point to you or I will say your name if I know it.
State your name and news organization.
Ask a question.
Do NOT interrupt my answer.
This is not a debate.
This is not a "scream at each other all at once" show.
This is not an interview.
If you don't agree with my answer or you think it is incomplete, you may ask a follow up question, but do not make a statement.
If you don't like my second answer, too bad.
Go back to "No yelling" at the top of this statement.
Next question, etc.
If you don't like these rules, go do something else.

Only if Trump or Sanders call on him.

And if they never call on him, CNN is not there. That’s gonna leave a mark.

Maybe Trump and (judge)Kelly really ARE playing 4D chess here. Rack this up under, “be careful what you fight for.”

Exactly. Stop all the melodrama and sensationalism... ignore the bastard and make him feel invisible. He’ll go batshit bonkers. 👍

Stick him in the back and don’t call on him. If he gets disruptive by yelling out, toss him out again.

4D chess.

And no, I’m not kidding. Think about the path this will direct us to. I think this is very interesting. And not in the bad way.

Funny thing is, a lot of those rules sound like things most children learn in pre-school and kindergarten

The judge told them all that WH doesn’t have to call on him and I guess Sarah is going to establish rules of behavior for press conferences. They can either resolve this or it goes to court.

Access to the President is the prerogative of the Secret Service and the White House Police.
I agree with the Freepers who say, ignore the judge.

A press conference does not grant anyone who wants to attend
the right to show up and be an ass without consequences.

No press conferences until this is overturned. None. No access to any press members in the White House. Lock em all out.

Acosta screwed himself for the future. He is not smart enough to be on t.v. anyway.
