Big League Politics has obtained a photo showing four ballots with the exact same voter identifier in Alameda County, California.
All four ballots say Count: 421, VBMP (Vote-by-mail-permit) 164325, Extract 15. They are also labeled as “official ballots” for the general election in Alameda County for election day, Nov. 6 2018.
Vice President and co-founder of Election Integrity Project California (EIPCa) Ruth Weiss examined the photo depicting the mail in ballots.

Anybody who doesn’t recognize that massive vote fraud occurs every election is either a Democrat or an idiot (though I repeat myself).
“It’s just 4 ballots.”
But, where there’s one roach, or one termite, there’s a colony of many thousands.

Friend of mine who grew up in a Democrat family some years ago told me vote fraud was a way of life. His aunt would vote twice, she’d say once for herself once for his uncle who had passed away. They thought it was funny.
Most of the DoJ is in favor of ‘Rat vote fraud.

Either the Republican Party develops effective anti fraud mechanisms or it will become extinct.
They cheated and stole the House all over the place. There needs to be recounts wherever RATS won.
And they are still cheazting as we speak. Who is going to make them pay?
Why would they report themselves? It's a Kabuki dance for the proles.
It's pervasive in the Democ'RAT political world and has been for the last 75-80 years. The liberal MSM (including our local paper which is top heavy with liberals) cover for election fraud by stating there is no evidence of of it ... and if by chance it occurs to some extent it is of no consequence because the numbers are insignificant. Just a drop in the bucket.

The different QR codes would allow the duplicate ballots to be counted by the machine. Getting rid of hand verification in favor of machine counts permit this to happen
Depends what the QR codes resolve to (they might have the same IDs like the text)
Regardless - duplicate ballot numbers should NOT be counted and if that wasn’t the very first response out of the superintendents mouth they’ve got a REAL problem in California.
No kidding.
