I enrolled to fight in the Middle East
It is obvious the “cartoonist never served in the military. You don’t “enroll” you enlist.
Second, you enlist to defend the United States where ever the Commander in Chief sends you.
Third I would think our military would rather be on our border defending our nation then in some far off h*llhole.
I see you picked up on that too, one enrolls in college, not the military.
I was recently at an event with a lot of current enlisted and they were all excited about finally protecting us borders instead is some other country’s borders. The cartoon has it exactly wrong
