Well you should, its a good starting point to list these things and then define TDS as a public danger thus allowing the medical profession to get these people locked away until they are no longer a threat to the genetal public. P.S. Im sure a lot of law enforcment would support this due to most of these are also the people most likely to say "F the police". .
