Clyburn is so damn stupid.
Clyburn’s been in Congress at least 25 years. The Founders did NOT intend for it to be so. Ordinary citizens were intended to be sent to the House, to represent their constituents for a short time (2 years) then go back home, so another ordinary citizen could replace him. That is why the term is so short.
