I’d think a criminal banker who was not incarcerated would choose to flee to a non-extradition country and transfer his ill-gotten funds into a local bank there. It’s not at all likely that he’d off himself, especially in the same way Epstein did.

I mean, look at the two choices. what would any crooked financier choose as the first option, and which would be their last option?

It may have been discussed in the article, but how involved was he in Clinton Foundation dealings (money laundering)?
