My congressman, Thomas Massie, a 95+ conservative rated Republican was squarely in the running to eventually replace Mitch McConnell. This vote and his anti Trump using pentagon funds for the wall vote have scuttled his future. One Rand Paul type flake senator from Kentucky is more than enough.
So Massey only has 95 percent? Clearly there’s a vote he went against conservatives with. I think Matt survives this. He cav be Florida’s Governor in 2027 after DeSantis’ two terms. I’d vote for him even with this flawed vote.
