At this point, the American public should be getting combat pay for watching any of these Democratic debates. While there werent any massive unanswered attacks at this debate in South Carolina, its become clear that Elizabeth Warren is shifting her goals.
Warren, who was once the front-runner before there was actual voting, has come to the realization that shes got no shot of winning the nomination for herself. But she could definitely position herself as a vice presidential candidate for Bernie Sanders. So Warren continued her chosen role as attack dog sicced on Mike Bloomberg tonight while deliberately walking around the red meat that Bernie has been leaving out all over the place.
Oh, and she recycled her I was fired for being pregnant story that has been pulled apart as well.

And Farmer Mike didn’t call her out on the fake pregnancy firing, either he was unaware or afraid of stepping in it with women again.
I think Warren as VP on a Bernie ticket is a great idea. Think “Bury my heart at Wounded Knee” election results.
She figures Sanders will lose, which will position her to be the front-runner for 2024 nominee. Pocahontas is a sharp cookie in terms of political maneuvering. She lied her way into any number of affirmative action slots, and she is lying her way into becoming the 2024 Democratic standard bearer.
She either wants to be Bernie’s Veep or she realized that she should position herself behind him so she is next in line when Bernie is taken out before the General Election.
Maybe she knows that Bernie’s health is pretty bad, and he might disappear a week or two after the convention....making her as VP...move up a notch.
My impression is that Bloomberg views debates as an afterthought, and is spending all his time on managing his ad campaigns, getting endorsements and squeezing his GOTV people. We'll see how that pans out during Super Tuesday. His polls are holding up, but we'll see if he actually lands in 2nd or 3rd in delegate count where he is actually on the ballot.

Warren swats and jabs at the air and points her finger like an old school mom lecturing students....her rhetoric is always vitriolic, and off-putting.
lol
This debate is nauseating to watch :)
Yeah, he doesn’t even pretend that he wants to be there on the stage.
Agreed.
This debate is a mess.
Bernie can’t stop defending cuba’s education and healthcare.
What a disaster :)
She would look pretty harsh debating Mike Pence in the general election.
Thought so too. She was pretty soft on Bernie while attacking everyone else.
[Yeah, he doesnt even pretend that he wants to be there on the stage.]
So unless he does something crazy like wipe his dick on the lectern, bad debate performances don’t hurt him. He shows up not for the free media, but to show the flag, so people who like his ads get to see him perform live. But in the background, he is combating every negative news snippet re debates or some bimbo calling him a sexist, with four or five ads, and paid campaign staffers calling and chatting up likely supporters one at a time, not something a candidate without billions to spend can afford to do.
[Bernie cant stop defending cubas education and healthcare.
What a disaster :)]
> She would look pretty harsh debating Mike Pence in the general election. <
It all depends. Warren might get the questions in advance. Thats a Democrat tradition. And the moderators might ask Pence impossibly difficult questions. Thats another Democrat tradition.
Why the GOP puts up with that, I dont know. My proposal: Let each candidate pick two moderators. No more panels of four or five liberals.
God forbid, he get's elected dies in office. Possible, given his age and heart condition.
Also consider who his cabinet will be.
To quote our former VP - "This is a big F'n deal!"
> Consider who Bernie’s VP will be carefully. He does have a rabid legion of folowers. If they get out the vote... <
Right. Bernie is pretty much the presumptive nominee at this point. If I were hired to pick a ticket for the Democrats, Warren or Klobuchar would not be bad choices to balance out the ticket.
Youd also have to get Bloombergs billions in there somewhere. Maybe promise him Secretary of the Treasury or Secretary of Commerce.
Makes sense for him.
Feel the Indian Bern
