He is thriving in a country that is in the midst of a sovietization of society with severe restrictions on mobility, the churches shut down, bourgeois small businesses shut down. Everything more and more requiring police permission Police arresting people on patently unConstitutional and un lawful grounds. Are we to believe that the end of the Quarantine will be soon or that all of the restrictions will be lifted? The rulers have savored absolute rule. They will be averse to giving it up.
