People outside New Jersey often don't realize how geographically concentrated the Democratic Party hold on the state is. Outside of Newark, Camden and the rest of the NYC and Philly suburbs, the rest of the state is pretty conservative.

The areas where the Democratic power base is isn't really quarantining much anyway, like most poor urban neighborhoods everywhere. The Republican areas are the people who own beach houses and guns and aren't really interested in putting up with this sht much longer. Murphy is going to roll over or get run over.

You are absolutely right. It is going to be horrible as people along the Shore towns are told they can’t go to the Boardwalk or beach. In my opinion, the winners here are the criminals - cops will be out arresting law abiding citizens for breaking a “state pandemic rule” so the real crimes go unnoticed or unattended to by the cops.
