Here is what you need to understand.
1. Intake of Quinine for treating virus infection.
2. Intake of small quantity of Quinine over 52 weeks to build immunity to viruses and bacterial attacks.
These are 2 entirely different situations.
The chance of me getting infected with covid-19 is minuscule, in spite of being an octogenarian. Because I never touch my face without washing hands with soap, and I do aerobic exercise every day to keep my lungs in top shape. There is so much oxygen moving through my lungs, the virus has no chance to build a condo in my lungs. I was on a crowded cruise ending on Feb 29th with almost all crew from China & SE Asian countries. And I am shopping grocery stores every few days, filling gas in car with the dirtiest object one can touch, the pump nozzle. But like I said the key to avoiding covid-19 is never touch any of the 9 body openings without freshly washed hands, openings in face being the most critical.
Growing up as a kid in India, my vigilant mother gave us kids so many quinine pills to prevent malaria, my bone marrow probably still has residual quinine.
And once again youtube joins the fight against anything that dissents from the party line. They can tech the CCP a thing or 2.
