As steam picks up around the dropped case of Gen. Flynn and the release of House Intelligence Committee transcripts that proved that there was no collusion between Russia and President Donald Trump, it would appear now that there’s strong evidence that former President Barack Obama was in on the coup against Trump during the election.
As my colleague Elizabeth Vaughn highlighted, Sidney Powell, Flynn’s attorney, told Maria Bartiromo that she believes Obama is tied to the targeting of Flynn. The entire thing looks incredibly fishy and too many strings that tie all this together lead straight toward the Obama White House. As such, #ObamaGate was born on Twitter. Even Trump tweeted it out.

However, as the hashtag gained steam, Twitter began deleting tweets containing the hashtag. It soon became clear that the fix was happening and the hashtag was being suppressed.

It would appear that #ObamaGate has surpassed 2.5 million twice but each time is knocked down again. As of right now, it doesn’t appear at all on the top 20 trending list.
It’s hard to believe that a hashtag with so much attention, even from the President himself, would suddenly just disappear off the top things talked about on the site. This isn’t surprising, however. Silicon Valley empires are known for manipulating their respective trending lists for political reasons. At this point, they don’t really feel any shame about it. It’s become a common practice as the leftist gatekeepers at Twitter and other sites see to it that anything that inconveniences the left doesn’t catch on too well.
This hashtag, in particular, makes one of the left’s greatest heroes seem like a villain and as such would have to go. If public opinion would turn to demand investigations, it could jeopardize the Democrats’ chances in November, seeing as how Biden would be wrapped up in the investigation as well, further putting pressure on his already pressured campaign.
Twitter suppressing the hashtag is definitely politically motivated, however, you’ll likely hear that they just deleted a bunch of tweet bots. This will likely be slightly true, but again, this is the leader of the free world tweeting about the hashtag. It’s not likely to just go away so quickly.
It’s trending #1 on my feed with 3.37M tweets. I do not have an account, but I watch Trumps page.
It must feel very depressing for Jack Dorsey (and people like George Soros who work for him) to have your whole life depend on covering up the truth.
some say the coverup is worse than the crime, but in Obamagate, the crime is pretty bad...

I’ve noticed before that a hashtag for our side will get replaced by one from the left. ie, #Trumpgate is #4 trending in politics right now while #obamagate disappeared for me yesterday. They must do it mainly for Trump supporters/conservatives. It’s always an opposite match like Obamagate being replaced by Trumpgate.
I’ve been saying to my liberal friends because Barack Obama was the first black president and was elected twice (fairly I will note) that there’s no way in hell they’re ever going to touch him
