IMHO that was a piss poor interview by Hannity. He could have got a lot more information from Sidney.
It is simple really. Lindsay Graham was in the process of having Flyn testify in a Senate Judiciary hearing and the democrats can’t have that and Sullivan is keeping this going to forestall that public testimony. This is Judge Sullivan preventing justice and attempting to keep General Flynn gaged a little bit longer. He will lose badly in his efforts to block justice instead of uphold justice and the rule of law. The Democrats in Congress failed at this, the FBI failed at this, the deep state failed at this and soon many of these criminals will have the sword of justice cut them all down.
You’re probably right. Why else all the fuss and why hasn’t Sullivan tossed the dirty prosecutors in jail for contempt? Why hasn’t he called for their prosecution?
Sullivan is either bought or blackmailed.
I don't know about the timing, but Judge Sullivan ultimately did dismiss the charges against Senator Stevens and wrote a scathing opinion about the actions of the DOJ in that case.
Interestingly, in that matter Judge Sullivan had no problem with the DOJ dropping a case after a jury convicted Senator Stevens.
In Obama's recent "leaked" call he apparently forgot that the dismissal of a guilty jury conviction happened during his administration, under his DOJ.
