If you thought the Michael Flynn case could get any more bizarre, you'd be wrong.
Judge Emmet Sullivan has lost his mind. He is the presiding judge in the Michael Flynn entrapment case and he has now descended into the "Stranger Things" world of judicial activism.
Sullivan is doing his best to ignore the mountain of evidence that proves Lt. General Michael Flynn was set up from day one. Flynn is another victim of the wretched Mueller team and Sullivan has only added to that tragedy. Sullivan has totally lost it and his behavior has been nothing short of egregious. He said of Flynn
“arguably you sold your country out.”He also questioned whether Flynn could be charged with treason. On that day Sullivan should have recused himself in favor of someone sane.
But no. he wasn't done being stupid.
A week ago the Department of Justice decided to drop the case against Flynn in recognition of the entrapment plot:

DOJ officials said they concluded that Flynn's interview by the FBI was "untethered to, and unjustified by, the FBI's counterintelligence investigation into Mr. Flynn" and that the interview was "conducted without any legitimate investigative basis."
Attorney General William Barr called for Flynn’s case to be dismissed after new evidence suggested that the retired general had been set up by the FBI — but instead of dismissing the case outright, Sullivan announced that he would open the door to hear outside arguments against doing so.Sullivan now wants Flynn charged with perjury, i.e. that Flynn lied when he pled guilty to lying to the FBI.Sullivan followed that announcement with an order appointing retired Judge John Gleeson, who was appointed to serve in the Eastern District of New York by former President Bill Clinton in 1994. He resigned from the bench in 2016 and returned to private practice.

Appearing on "Fox & Friends," Tolman said he believed Judge Emmet Sullivan's decision was "outrageous" and that the Washington D.C. judge had turned himself into an "activist," willing to set aside rules, ethics, and precedent in favor of partisanship.

Why hasn’t Flynn’s lawyer appealed this decision?
It’s not enough for her to tour the talk shows, speaking of
how ‘mystified’ she is. Go on offence. This is not the time to play the hurt victim.
If nothing can be done about puke judges like this we have no country.
If there isn’t anything that can stop this power grab by this judge, then there is something drastically wrong with the judge set up in this country... and FIX IT.

I think Flynn’s attorneys are waiting to see what Sullivan does. So far I don’t think he has done anything. Maybe someone can talk some sense to him...
She has taken action. She has filed objections citing SC precedent against such actions as this activist democrat judge has taken against Flynn.
Her appearances on TV and Radio are an important part of informing the public of all the outrages the corrupt gov’t has committed against her client.
If the judge doesn’t back-off of this BS she has an emergency appeal to a higher court ready to drop.

Sullivan’s conduct is so bizarre and egregious that it provides probable cause to investigate him, to determine if there is blackmail or corruption involved.

The Bill of Rights is supposed to safeguard citizens against government misconduct. Judge Sullivan seems unaware of the 6th amendment and the 8th amendment (which forbids cruel and unusual punishment).
What was the supposed evidence that Flynn lied to the FBI? The 302s which he has never been allowed to see? Did Sullivan make the two FBI agents who were sent to entrap Flynn testify in court? I think in one case it is only a matter of probability, not certainty, as to the identity of the agent.
Apparently, this loser owes many people over the years. They have called-in their chits. They likely made this integrity-free nitwit an offer he couldn’t refuse.
Judge Sullivan will protect Obama at all costs.
