They have probably had her cooperation for the whole time. They already have the information, videos and all, I am sure. It makes no sense now to kill her. Before damaging information is "out" it is highly profitable to kill the potential songstress. Once the info is recorded and known killing her just adds to the charges and prison terms in prospect. She is not yet home free and may never be. Once if-IF the big names go to prison then there will be considerations of revenge. They will still have access to billions of dollars with which her erasure can be accomplished, but revenge does not come until punishments are already meted out.
