Two Joe Biden supporters attacked a 7-year-old boy in August outside of the DNC convention.
The little boy, Riley, was attacked for wearing a red MAGA hat.
Riley was heard on the video begging his mother to dial 9-1-1.
“Get off my property! Are you going to destroy my property?” a woman said to a masked Biden supporter.
“Yes, we are,” she replied.
One of the Biden supporters then grabbed the child’s red MAGA hat and refused to give it back to the child.
Riley’s mother didn’t back down and chased the Biden supporters.

As we reported at the time, The two women were later arrested and and charged with numerous crimes including robbery and assault of the little boy.

Now... Start filing lawsuits. Sue them into oblivion, then serve ‘em papers and sue them again. It’s the equivalent of “kill ‘em all, take their stuff” and it’s the only thing these scum seem to understand.

I’m actually surprised that they filed hate crime charges for a case involving a white male victim. I don’t recall ever seeing that happen before. Not that it wasn’t a hate crime, it obviously was.
The little boy’s ‘Tiger Mom’ may have demanded it.
Gorilla glue MAGA hats on them and ship them into the middle of the Portland riot zone as target practice.
The women weren’t black that’s why!
Just to be clear, Hate is a Motive, it isn’t a Crime unless people are big on Orwellian Thought Crimes as described in his Novel 1984.
How any Hate Crime Legislation has passed Constitutional muster in a Court of Law is a mystery to me.
Even then, the general trend is to simply state that white males can never be a protected category under Civil Rights legislation. If this becomes a legal precedent, then that is a huge step forward in combating this Woke garbage.
I’m not a fan of “hate crime” laws...not at all.But what’s good for the goose! I am,however,a huge fan of special laws regarding harm to kids,the elderly or the disabled. And this qualifies.

I would love to see this bankrupt them, give them both serious felony convictions, cost them $250,000 each out of their own pockets to defend in court, and make them unemployable forever. AND throw in an apology to the mom and her son.
