Good point. COVID-19 and all. As long as at least 1/3rd of the audience is pro-Trump, it shouldn’t matter then.

President Trump should be able to start irritating Joe Biden by pointing out that this is by far the largest audience that Biden's talked to in months and that he on the other hand is used to speaking to thousands at a time.
