The real election (Electoral College) is on December 14. If he should die after the Electoral College vote, then if the dems win, it will be President Harris.
But before any of this, there would be all kinds of hell break loose. There would be court challenges on the legality of counting votes for a dead man, etc. etc. States’ EC votes might well be challenged. But since it is 2020, who knows?
Harris/hillary next. That will get all men and women really excited.

That is true. The Democrats could put Jeffrey Dahmer on the top of the ticket and he'd still get 60 million votes. Most Democrats will turn out and vote the straight ticket NO MATTER WHAT. This is one of the big advantages the Democrats have over the rest of us, they stick together and they do not believe in "principled votes."
Now I'm very optimistic that Trump will win re-election but that depends on all the rest of us getting out there to vote.

This is why I’ve been saying no onstage debates. If he dies onstage with Trump it will be in the History Books forever. Trump does great with radio and Rallies he doesn’t need Biden face to face.
Consider the possibility that the democrat goal in this election is not to elect a candidate.
The goal is to destroy the American people's faith in the election process.
Every "error" in printing ballots, every "error" in addressing ballots, every "error" in mailing ballots to people who died or moved away decades ago, every ballot found in a ditch or dumpster, every announcement that we won't be done counting for weeks after the polls are closed, every car trunk or semi trailer full of ballots that will be found after the initial count, every vote over the number of registered voters in any precinct is directed at this goal.
They know they can't beat Trump with any candidate they have available. Their only hope, their only goal it to be able to spend the next four years delegitimizing the next term. Russia Russia, Russia and endless impeachments hobbled the first four Trump years, this is the planned Phase II.
Got all that?
Now imagine what happens if Trump wins by 120-150% of the vote!...
