If Barr was at all interested, he should get ahold of the US Attorney who issued the subpeona, ask him where is the lap top and what case was under investigation by the GJ for the subpeona to be issued. It should be in the charge of the GJ or signed out to an investigative agent. Go from there but DO NOT rely on the office of professional responsibility or the IG to work on it.
