Thank goodness for Barrett. Roberts has gone full Souter. They have until 3 days after election to produce ballots to overcome the Trump winning margin. If Trump loses this, it will come down to the black districts in Philly. That is why Obama is going up there to campaign and prep the multitude of mail in ballots to come in from there after the election..

Roberts has been their ace in the hole for stealing the election. The only way to counter Roberts is having ACB on the court BEFORE 11/3. If that happens, Roberts has no value to the dems during the attempt to steal the election with Supreme Court endorsed election fraud.

No, the consensus I’m seeing is that PA doesn’t require a postmark. So that ballot could be mailed on Nov. 4 or 5 and still arrive in time. I haven’t read the opinion, but that’s what “conservative Twitter” is saying at the moment.
Roberts is compromised. That simple. Barrett will take him out of the swing vote position.
