Not necessarily...all it takes is one more vote than the other guy to win the state and take all electoral votes. Trump won some battleground states by less than 100K votes last time...tens of millions of people have not voted yet and will not vote until election day.
Conceivably they are taking time vetting the heck out of anything to be released, and setting up corroboration from the convicted partners.
The big question after tomorrow is whether Biden will show up for the debate on Thursday evening.

To have had this info and waiting so long to expose it is shameful.
1. The photos involve sex and a sex video. Tabloids and the rest of the MSM can’t avoid covering a sex scandal.
2. Smart of Trump to let Rudy do this on his own. Campaigns fingers aren’t on it.
3. Smart to do it 10-14 days out because they won’t be able to replace Biden. There are already suggestions Hillary step in and ClintonHarris2020.com was registered by someone. I suppose Biden could be elected, pardon himself, and step down pre impeachment.
4. Rudy has already delivered. Evidence of criminality (unregistered foreign agent and kickbacks to the VP Joe).

Also seems odd every post on this scandal gets trolled with “its too late it doesn’t matter because MSM.”
We are the media. Send out private messages, texts, etc and word will get out. We did it in 2016 with far less damning material than this.
