And where would this grand jury be? DC if alleged Joe Biden crimes were committed there, or Delaware? Now, Hunter’s grand jury could be lots of places, but ultimately we really shouldn’t be caring about Hunter, it’s the ‘Big Guy’ we want to see nailed.

Rudy has put himself in the mix, likely compromising some prosecution opportunities. Besides, they could announce a grand jury investigation and then say stop all discussion, let it run its course, and that would die after few months or years.

They already convened a grand jury almost a year ago on this. That’s what issued the subpoena that allowed them to take possession of the laptop.
