Yup. If you do it all at once it gives them ample time before the election to not only structure their response but lets face it... Half the population has the attention span of a gnat and it will be out of the news cycle well before the election.
I’m sure that Bannon and Rudy’s intent is to structure the releases in progressively greater and more painful increments to keep the opposition in a state of confusion as well as to keep the subject front and center for the public.
