The acceptance of the result by the certifying authority is the proof.

More than that? A never ending wrangle transferring whatever authority is left to the political branches to lawyers.

Remember that Trump is unAmerican for even suggesting there was fraud. The Dems/MSM/Courts are controlling the narrative.

Since Dr Nia is the expert he should provide pointers on the easiest/quickest methods to validate his assertions. He failed to provide the roadmap to prove his points.

So IMHO his analysis is lacking.
