SCOTUS Must Order New Election to Protect the Constitution

SCOTUS justices must order a new presidential election or admit they are not the guardians of the Constitution they claim to be.

The U.S. Constitution states "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government."

Providing this guarantee is one of the Supreme Court's most important duties.

Vote-flipping machines and allowing the dead to vote which were reported in some states are not consistent with "a Republican Form of Government, "

Ordering a new presidential election is the only practical way to deal with an election that has wide spread irregularities.

The United States claims to be a nation in which government officials are supposed to obey the law. If the justices allow Joe Biden to break the law to become president they will be saying presidents are above the law.

Failure to order a new presidential election will undermine public confidence in elections.. Why vote if crooked politicians can rig elections . If SCOTUS fails to order a new presidential election the next questioned election will be followed by violent protests instead of court challenges. The cost of an election would be a small price to pay to avoid these outcomes.

The Justices have no jurisdiction to "order new elections."

There are Constitutional avenues to correct any flaws in the election, and they rest with the House of Representatives and the Senate.

No new election. There is no Constitutional process for that. The fix is already in the Constitution. Whether our country will follow the truth, well, we will find out shortly.

And, just as in Georgia, without fixing the corrupt processes and putting criminals in jail first, what exactly would be point of another election?

Doughface Roberts and his craven court aren’t ordering anything.
It’s up to us.

Uh, NO!

The US Constitution has already thought this out more completely than the janitor, I assure you. All the courts can do is determine if an election was UNLAWFUL according to state election laws.

What to do about it is up to the state Legislatures.

I submit that a “new election” can only be ordered by Congress, using tools provided in both the Constitution and Federal statute. We have not past that point yet.

Won’t happen. If they were then they would have needed to look at evidence a long time ago and do it with time for people to ask for absentee bailouts and fill them out and get them back. Needed to get polls open and people to hand count and check the ballots. No way you could use these dominion machines or maybe not any machine if you want confidence back.

The GOPe/uniparty long con of Federalist Society judicial candidates may finally be more widely exposed, but not until after Mitch got Donald to fully stock the USSC and the federal judiciary with scum. Unfortunately. Don’t hold your breath re: the USSC.

Yep and the fox has been in on every level. Our own courts wouldn’t hear it. Including our SCOTUS. I am afraid even though there is more than enough evidence in some of these states that the election was unlawful that we won’t have the votes to step up and cure this. Would need something of huge proportion to come out soon.

The 1864 Civil War reelection of President Lincoln established an Electoral College precedent by simply ignoring any electoral votes of the Confederate states, “states not in good standing” (my words). Minimum electoral votes needed to win election were probably adjusted.
"Because eleven Southern states had declared secession from the Union and formed the Confederate States of America, only twenty-five states participated in the election." — Presidential election of 1864.

This time around, instead of secession the issue is organized Democratic vote-counting fraud.

“There are Constitutional avenues to correct any flaws in the election, and they rest with the House of Representatives and the Senate.”

That seems to be the case.

But IMO there is a good analogy that applies. A Constitutional avenue is similar to a city street avenue, in that they can both be blocked.

Things that may hinder Senators or Reps from going down the Constitutional avenue can range from fear of Antifa, having been paid off, or fear of criminal prosecution for collusion with the enemy. The simplest of blockages are the RINO and Never Trump factors that really don’t involve any fears or pay offs.

SCOTUS punted and chose not to get involved and enjoy their life time appointments. They saw no down side and had no skin in the game.

Even if they could, they apparent.y won’t eve. Hear the case ecause they are cowards who are afraid of blm. The SC is more afraid of political correctness than they are of God who demands judicial integrity of judges. The SC will not like it when they get judged by God for selling out America to appease the violent domestic terrorists called blm

“And, just as in Georgia, without fixing the corrupt processes and putting criminals in jail first, what exactly would be point of another election?”

Agreed, totally. That’s what’s making the Georgia or any other future election such a farce.

And this could very well be why the RINO’s are dumping Trump by not supporting him in this election fraud.

Many here on various threads say the Republican party is done. I say bullshit. With fraudulent elections RINO’s do not have to fear being primaried or no one actually voting for them. If the swamp wants, let’s say Mitt to be reelected, then Mitt will be reelected. Screw the actual voter.

The fraud needs to be addressed and corrected or what’s the use in ever voting again?
