I have my doubts as to this being legal but If it's good for the goose it's good for the gander.

Texas can swear in tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of deputies giving them full authority to possess the same weapons as the feds and also give them the ability to make arrests. After we codify nullification of all federal gun laws our army of deputies can arrest any feds attempting to enforce their unconstitutional edicts.

This is a game two sides can play and Texas is about to take the field.
