This pipeline was put on hold under Obama, got the approval from Trump to start their work and they did for about 2 years, and then got halted again by Biden. What do you expect?

It’s GOVERNMENT that’s creating uncertainty. There was a time when we could build an impressive structure like the Empire State Building in 18 months at the height of the great depression. Those days are gone.
