If the culprit is not on the 'inside' and thus can be accessed as quickly as whatever hits the scanners, the chans, reddit, etc., then it can be had. Hoft had it nearly instantly, but he gets a ton of leads from his followers.

But when the Derp State has the time lead to 'blackout' (lol) someone 'inside' and then release the story, it's more difficult to get the social media butthurt like this moron, but not impossible.
