I'll betcha the chief architects and supervisors on the ground all use SATELLITE PHONES, probably patched into a classified satellite solely dedicated for Deep State communications. So much 'black programs' (classified) money thrown at satellites I wouldn't be surprised if these evil bastards can all talk to each other OFF THE GRID.
