When Don Lemon is fired, that is when the collapse is near completion. You can bet Chris Cuomo has hinted to Don that he (Don) should have already quit CNN ‘out of loyalty to their long friendship’. Don’s likely reply: “Chris, I have no friends at CNN, only co-workers. Enjoy spending time with your family!”
CNN’s collapse will be complete when there is no longer a CNN.

Agreed. It’s irretrievably damaged goods. I wonder why someone with $$$ hasn’t created a truly nonpartisan mostly-news network . . . like the BBC but gently center-right rather than far left. Heaven knows international news coverage in the U.S. is abysmal.

Not at all. Its a deep-state operation that will stay around, regardless. It will continue to "hire" analysts like John Brennan, Andrew McCabe, and James Clapper to give it "gravitas" and speak the deep-state propaganda. And we'll keep responding to them.
Just look at the career of "famous" neocon Bill Krystal. Literally no one buys his books, his pathetic magazine failed, no one will pay to hear him speak, or attend even if its free. Yet somehow, he has been around and touted as a "serious foreign policy analyst" for 30 years. Why? Because the corrupt media and deep state put him in front of us, and tell America he's famous - and we believe it.
Its the power of propaganda.
In effect it is being sold for parts. It remains to be seen what will be built from them.
Yes, and to get their line out of Baghdad, they did for the first time what they now do routinely: suck up to the regime in charge. Tell the story the authorities want to tell and the truth/facts be damned.

It’s news to me that Zucker and his mistress advised Gov. Cuomo- I thought it was just Chris. The behind-closed-doors discussions must have been interesting.
I expect they don’t know any actual people- only others in their insulated world. They are small people with diminishing power.

I would applaud John Malone if he were to turn CNN into a news and serious journalism outlet. It’s something that’s sorely needed and would likely send Fox running for the hills. This is the biggest hole in media today, and one I think most people would like to see filled…
