I suggest trying these on for size, as a way of helping foster the idea that our purpose while alive is to make a heaven here.
Love and respect the planet and all living things thereon.
Treat all persons with dignity, respect and friendliness.
Have no more than two children.
Help save what is left of our natural world and restore damage where practical.
Use as few nonrenewable resources as possible.
Use as few toxic chemicals, pesticides and other poisons as possible.
Contribute to those less fortunate than yourself to help them become self-sufficient and enjoy the benefits of a decent life.
Reject the use of force, military force in particular.
Support the total elimination of all nuclear, chemical and biological weapons and, in time, that of all weapons of mass destruction.
Support the United Nations.

I’ve been reading recently that Ted Turner was a conservative. I do not think that is the case. Ted Turner made a 10 or 11 episode series about the Cold War. In general he compared the Gulag to Kent state, as in ….. they had the Gulag but we had Kent State…… Anyone who saw any comparison is definitely a leftist. I believe Ted Turner made that series just so it would be available to be shown forever in schools or where anyone wanted to see it ….. propaganda.
CNN also created a news show that could be shown in schools each day. With definitely a leftist slant.
For many years CNN was definitely the place to go when something of importance happened anywhere in the world. They had stringers on location all over the world. For anything related to politics, however, they were biased.
I’m surprised he didn’t hang himself while married to Jane Fonda.

Fox News was a direct response to CNN. I remember the 90s. After the 1994 Republican Revolution it turned into the Clinton News Network. It got worse over time until what it is today.

When Ted Turner began CNN, he’d have to explain what a 24-hour news channel was.

^^this. CNN has fulfilled its purpose. It’s more of a liability than an asset to the transnational deepstate at this point.

When they rename it “The Former CNN” and fire every living soul associated with it today then a new beginning may start. But, until then, it will remain a tarnished brand.

Good reporter who quit NBC because he was disgusted with the whole media in this country.
He is now an excellent reporter with the History channel.
