What does a president do when Congress won’t pass the legislation he wants? Grab a pen and try to cram it through via executive order, apparently—at least if that president’s name is Joe Biden.
Congress just shut down Biden’s hopes of passing major legislation intended to address climate change through massive taxpayer spending, subsidies, and regulations. But the president isn’t giving up.
Rather, the White House is planning on issuing several executive orders taking unilateral action to supposedly halt climate change. And the president is even reportedly considering declaring a “climate emergency” to unlock more emergency powers Biden could use to impose climate policies without actually going through the democratic process of legislation.
These efforts are constitutionally suspect, economically unsound, and politically unwise. But more than that, if he does go through with it, President Biden’s “climate emergency” would be worse than useless, accomplishing next-to-nothing despite its many downsides.

I’m hoping it will be found unconstitutional as quickly as possible.
I don’t know who Hannah Cox or Brad Palumbo are or what “Based Politics” is (the equivalent of “groovy politics” if there were websites in the 60’s/70’s) but they sound like Rinos.

I realize both R and D presidents have increasingly abused them, but this one threatened by Biden would make the others look positively Constitutional by comparison.
If he tries to dictate and aim EO's at the public, any attempts at enforcement must be resisted and the constitutionality of the EO must be attacked in Court all the way to the USSC, if necessary.

Man has been living in the best of times for the last 11k years. The record over the last 5 million years shows that most likely the climate will fall back into a glacial period and it will likely last 80k to 120k years.
Whatever he can get away with. I saw where some liberal "journalist" wants $5.00/gal gasoline to be the LOW limit mandated by the government.

Hard to say what the details would be, but whatever he has in one will work more hardship on a public which is totally not on board with the climate scam. I f he does declare an emergency and take radical actions, it will backfire so hard he may not d are to be seen in public again.
The only thing an EO can legally affect is the operation of the Federal Govt.

Nope. EOs only apply to the Executive branch, which includes many unelected bureaucracies.
