Hunter Biden’s scandals have intersected with his father, President Joe Biden’s classified documents saga, with evidence showing the troubled son likely had access to one of the areas where his father kept classified documents.
The president's lawyers have admitted Obama-era records with classified markings on them were found in his office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington in early November, with more classified documents found in the president's garage in Delaware in December and further classified documents found in his Delaware home last Thursday.
Evidence shows Hunter Biden spent time at the Wilmington home — and likely had access to the garage too.
Last week, Attorney General Merrick Garland selected former Trump appointee U.S. Attorney Robert Hur to serve as special counsel to investigate Joe Biden’s potential mishandling of classified documents.
The Wilmington home
Hunter Biden checked the box for “owner” of the Biden Wilmington property in a background screening request form he signed and dated July 17, 2018.
But this does not appear to be true — New Castle County property records reviewed by the Washington Examiner show the property was sold to Joe and Jill Biden in 1996, and they have been listed as the sole owners ever since.
The White House counsel’s office would not provide access to visitors logs for the president’s Wilmington home, contending none exist.
"Like every President in decades of modern history, his personal residence is personal," the Biden White House counsel's office said. "But upon taking office, President Biden restored the norm and tradition of keeping White House visitors logs, including publishing them regularly, after the previous administration ended them."
Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi echoed the White House position, saying, “We don’t independently maintain our own visitor logs because it’s a private residence.”
He said the Secret Service performs background checks on visitors at Joe Biden’s homes in Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, but that permanent records are not kept.
Access to classified docs
Hunter Biden likely had access to the Wilmington garage where classified records had apparently been improperly stored since the end of Joe Biden’s term as vice president in early 2017.
Joe Biden said last week that some of the classified records were found in his garage next to where he parked his 1967 Corvette Stingray.
Hunter Biden was pictured behind the wheel of his father’s sports car just outside the Biden home in Delaware. The photographs were taken in July 2017 and found on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop.
Emails from the laptop hard drive also show Hunter Biden was issued a Delaware driver’s license at the Wilmington address in May 2018 and asked Wells Fargo to change his banking address to the location in December 2018, according to the Free Beacon. He also added the Wilmington address to his PayPal account in January 2019, and he was listed as a “divorced man, residing” at the Delaware home in a quitclaim deed in February 2019.
Hunter Biden also listed the Wilmington address as his own residence for his credit cards and his Apple account in 2018 and 2019.
Emails reviewed by the Washington Examiner also show Hunter Biden using the address as his own in 2018 and early 2019.
Fraught time frame
Hunter Biden was engaging in a series of shady deals with Chinese businessmen during the time frame in which Joe Biden was improperly holding on to classified records.
CEFC China Energy was a multibillion-dollar Chinese conglomerate founded by Ye Jianming, a Chinese Communist Party-linked business tycoon who has since disappeared in China but with whom Hunter Biden had attempted to work out numerous deals.
Hunter Biden's sister-in-law, Hallie, with whom the former had a romantic relationship, appeared to reference meetings Hunter Biden had in Miami with CEFC in a text she sent one of his children on May 7, 2017. It was sent about five days after Hunter Biden's former business partner Tony Bobulinski said he met Joe and Hunter Biden in person to discuss business deals with China.
A laptop email from Sept. 20, 2017, also showed Hunter Biden asked for keys at a House of Sweden office in the nation’s capital for "office mates” including Joe Biden, Jill Biden, his uncle Jim Biden, the Biden Foundation, and “Chairman Ye CEFC emissary” Gongwen Dong.
Hunter Biden received at least $5 million in payments from CEFC in 2017 and 2018, and CEFC deputy Patrick Ho also agreed to pay Hunter Biden a $1 million retainer.
Ho was sentenced to three years in prison in March 2019 for violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He was deported to Hong Kong in June 2021 after serving his sentence.
Hunter Biden referred to Ho as "the f****** spy chief of China" in a May 11, 2018, voice recording.
The New York Times wrote an article in December 2018 about Hunter Biden’s dealings with CEFC, and Joe Biden left his son a voicemail saying, "I thought the article released online — it's going to be printed tomorrow in the Times — was good. I think you're clear.”
A Washington Examiner investigation also found that Hunter Biden disclosed in text messages in 2018 and 2019 to a woman named Eva, the go-between who served as his primary point of contact for the UberGFE escort service, that his accounts were frozen temporarily after his attempted payments to her "girls," who had Russian-linked email accounts, raised a "red flag" with his bank.
The president's son spent over $30,000 on escorts linked to Eva and UberGFE between Nov. 26, 2018, and March 10, 2019. Eva directed him to make payments to bank accounts linked to “.ru” Russian email addresses at least 11 times during that time frame.
Hunter Biden was able to spend this much money thanks in part to Joe Biden committing to wiring him a total of $100,000 to allegedly help pay his bills from December 2018 through January 2019. In one instance, Joe Biden wired his son $5,000 while he was actively engaged with an UberGFE escort.
Parallel investigations
Rep. James Comer (R-KY), the new chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, is also investigating. He sent a letter to White House chief of staff Ron Klain, calling on the White House to hand over all records related to the Biden lawyer searches of the Penn Biden Center and his homes and to hand over the visitor log for Joe Biden’s Wilmington home.
“President Biden’s mishandling of classified materials raises the issue of whether he has jeopardized our national security,” Comer said. “Without a list of individuals who have visited his residence, the American people will never know who had access to these highly sensitive documents. The Committee demands transparency into whether any individuals with foreign connections to the Biden family gained access to President Biden’s residence and the classified documents that he has mishandled for years.”
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, also fired off a letter to Garland on Friday, demanding all documents and communications between the Justice Department, FBI, and Executive Office of the President about Joe Biden’s apparent mishandling of classified information.
Who leaked the knowledge of the documents and why?
Hunter’s scandals are actually Joe’s.
Why were they looking for them if they didn’t know they were there?.......................
And why was it hidden from American voters for two months.

Really, the corruption comes right from the top - so Joe deserves everything he gets, and then some.
