Why the MSM attention to Hunter Biden and wrongdoing now?

One possible reason I see is clearing the deck of the issue ahead of the Biden candidacy announcement next week.

Another possible reason Joe Biden is to be ditched for a replacement dare I say Hillary.

Yup, they are pushing Biden a bit harder, to get him to announce he is not running.

They have a Harris problem though, so they have to get rid of her first.

Hillary Clinton has the same problem as Joe Biden, and, to be honest, Donald Trump. She is well into her 70s and she will turn 80 in the third year of her Presidency, should she win in 2024. If the sudden attention on the Bidens is an attempt to have him not to seek a second term, then I suspect there will be an attempt to run a younger candidate. Possibly Gavin Newsom or Gretchen Whitmer. Maybe Michelle Obama, but she stayed out in 2016 and 2020 so she may not want the Presidency.

Another question: does the Kennedy name retain any magic, even in New England, in 2024? Robert Kennedy, Jr., may be seen as too "fringe" due to his antiwar and anti-vaccine positions, at least to the Democratic leadership and the liberal upper middle class voters to whom that party caters. But will RFK, Jr., draw minority voters, plus what is left of the white working class that has not defected to the GOP?

I think pressuring him to not run is all part of that. I find the Democrats will start to leak information on criminal activity to apply pressure. The more stubborn the candidate, the more serious the leaks become.

I think they would only turn on their candidate if he stuck to his guns all the way. If he gives before then, no criminal charges.

It doesn’t matter who runs on the Democrat ticket. What matters is all 65 million of the illegal busted-border aliens squatting on US land and drinking away our water will, courtesy of “motor-voter” laws now on the books in dozens of states, vote for whatever the hell ends up on the Democrat ballot.
