He’s far more damaging to the country as Biden’s AG then he ever would have been as just another leftist vote on the SC.
But if Garland were on the court, Trump would have only had two Supreme Court nominations instead of three. So the ideological balance of the Court would be different if Garland had been put on the court.
One more leftist vote on the SC and Roe V. Wade would have been upheld.

I have zero argument with that statement, but...was that the choice at the time he was up for the USSC? At least he’s much easier to get rid of as things are. But yes, in the interim, he’s jaw-droppingly corrupt.
