News is out today that Tucker Carlson is out at Fox News. Tucker has faithfully told the truth on his program, and has pushed the edges of the woke madness in our culture today. Fox News, in the wake of their Dominion settlement, appears to be moving in the direction of trying to pacify the woke Left – probably hoping to avoid attacks and lawsuits. This will only embolden the Left. They will now believe they can control Fox News.
As for Tucker Carlson – he will not go away, I’m sure. He will very likely start another Media Company, or who knows – he just may decide to run for office. It’s a shame what Fox News has done. They have silenced one of the few prominent voices of reason on the air today. If you are Sean Hannity, Jesse Watters, Laura Ingraham or Greg Gutfeld – you have to be wondering if you are next. I’d say we will see more massive changes at Fox News as they try to appease the Leftist Woke Mob. . . .

I’m kind of glad… I have felt conflicted the last three years watching Fox from 8pm to 9pm weekdays. Finally, the awkwardness is over, and I can shut Fox off completely.
Also, it was a little confusing to me that they would put up with him telling the truth, while forcing all their other hosts to lie and omit. Everything makes more sense this way.
I could never stomach O’Reilly, but otherwise, I agree.
AOC came out today and said he should be censored, and what do you know, now he’s gone. Coincidence?

I suspect Jimmy Failla may be offered his own show on FNC, just a hunch.
But - as you said - humor isn't the main reason we've tuned into FNC for years. It's a nice "dessert", but far from the main course.

Sometimes it’s the best thing. I’m pretty sure he was being silenced on topics like J6 video, Hunter, etc.. Now he’s free. The left celebrates when they should be scared.
So we conservatives will now have to 'settle' for watching / listening to fringe sites, rather than tune into the Big Dog Fox News, that successfully annihilated all its competetion over the past 21+ years? This is just what The Left wants. For us to be relegated to The Fringe.

True, but we don't get to hear him. Where is Tucker going to go? To some fringe site like RAV, OAN, even Newsmax? Some podcast? None of those get the eyeballs / ratings that his Fox News show got.
Hearing on Bongino’s show that Tucker’s departure might have been due to a disagreement over the content of tonight’s cancelled show, which was still being promoted early this morning.
And the mostly unexplained end of Tucker’s discussion of the thousands of hours of January 6 security video is still hanging around.
Stories will probably leak out eventually. Wonder if there were any NDAs involved with Tucker’s departure.
You know, the ones who control your FCC license, can harass you with IRS audits, pressure from DHS regarding “misinformation,” FBI raids on your friends, staff and guests, etc...
