Federal prosecutors have notified former President Donald Trump in a letter that he is the target of a criminal investigation, according to a person familiar with the matter.
That notification is the clearest signal yet that special counsel Jack Smith is on the verge of a charging decision in his probe of the former president. Trump is under investigation for concealing reams of classified documents at his private estate and orchestrating a scheme to prevent federal authorities from finding them.

Trump will at least be fighting multiple court battles if he’s not in jail next year. They didn’t wait 3 years because they weren’t anxious to incarcerate him - it’s a political trap. It’s not fair, especially since Biden did the same with no authority as VP (and worse with his $5M pay to play scheme), but this is reality. We actually have to get the presidency in order to clean out the rat’s nest in the DOJ.
There has been a parade of people who were called in to the Grand Jury. They were put under oath and they testified. Reports were that there were 20or so such folks.
Are they ALL disloyal conspirators? Are they all expected to not tell their story to the GJ?

How do we manage to do that? After one successful election theft under their belts, do you think they’d allow another election to be lost by them? They know they can’t afford for that to happen.
Not a clue. But this seems to be the kind of thing that leads to the completely unpredictable. So I cannot predict it.
