Special Counsel Jack Smith is quietly ramping up his January 6 case against Trump in Washington DC.
President Trump last week was indicted by a grand jury in Florida hearing evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case.
News of the Florida grand jury leaked to the media just days before Trump was indicted on 37 federal charges.
In a separate grand jury in DC, Jack Smith is quietly continuing his investigation into January 6 and Trump’s efforts to challenge the 2020 election.
Jack Smith is investigating the ‘dueling electors’ after the 2020 election, Trump’s role in January 6 and Trump’s 2020 fundraising efforts.

There’s also a deepstate effort to intimidate any attorney that represents trump or any of his associates. They will be blackballed if they represent trump.

I’m thinking that maybe the case in Florida isn’t as strong as they might have thought, so toss everything they have. This and the thing in Jersey.
They’re not letting up and appear to be getting extremely desperate.
If they don’t get him on something, there’s only one thing left for them to do. I hope his Secret Service detail trains and goes to the range on a regular basis.

Fanatical Special Counsel Jack Smith is clinically obsessed with bringing down President Trump--and with him, all citizens opposed to the Biden White House and the globalists who control it.
His lame "documents case" is already floundering as he has been charged with "prosecutorial misconduct" in illegally forcing Trump's lawyer to violate the Client Privelege Act under penalty of the jail cell.
Writing off the Florida-based case, Jack is trying to move the focus to Washington, D.C. and its thick anti-Trump atmosphere. This new judicial attack incorporating the DC horror-show called "The J6 Grand Jury" will only add to the unfolding political circus.
These trials are bizarre twistings of the American judicial system--used to destroy a political opponent. If Jack Smith and his piratical crew make it to 2024,these two grotesque legalistic creations will be tossed out of the courtroom on their tattered asses by the United States Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, Smith should read-up on another fanatical lawyer named Robespierre whose career ended, literally, on the chopping block.

The Kennedy case of dual electors for Hawai’i is the only precedence that matters. In that “case” the state was declared for Nixon and the Dems filed Dem electors to the archivist in order to reserve the electors for Kennedy in case the court ruled in their favor that Kennedy won the 3 state electors. A recount favored Kennedy which meant that the dual electors were negated and the state submitted the Dem electors in time for the Senate/House to count them.

[Re Pennsylvania State Sen. Doug Mastriano] - the report lays bare the extent of his conversations, showing he was in direct contact with the former president several times in the lead-up to the Capitol attack, and wanted to pressure Vice President Mike Pence on Trump’s behalf.
The pair communicated via email and phone through December. On Dec. 5, 2020, Mastriano sent a message to the president’s assistant that included a Supreme Court brief that they “discussed yesterday.” The paperwork was to support a lawsuit against Pennsylvania brought by U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, a Western Pennsylvania Republican. The lawsuit sought to throw out all mail ballots and was dismissed within days.
On Dec. 14, Trump’s assistant sent Mastriano an email “from POTUS” that included talking points about an election-machine conspiracy theory.
A week later, Mastriano sent an email back, writing: “Dear Mr. President — attached please find the ‘killer letter’ on the Pennsylvania election that we discussed last night.”
The letter recapped an unofficial “hearing” Mastriano convened in Gettysburg that purported to uncover election fraud. Trump had planned to attend the gathering, according to the report, but canceled after several advisers tested positive for COVID-19. He called in instead.

About a year ago, The Erie Reader, a free alternative newspaper in northwestern Pennsylvania, published this opinion piece from Jim Wertz, the chair of the local Democratic Party. The point of the column was unsubtle: Wertz slammed two local Republican lawmakers — U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly and state Sen. Dan Laughlin — over their efforts to contest the 2020 election results.
The GOP officials were not pleased, but the Erie Reader and the author of the piece didn’t much care, and they ignored the Republicans’ calls for a retraction and an apology. The state senator then filed a defamation lawsuit against the newspaper and Wertz.
At the time, right-wing state Sen. Doug Mastriano wasn’t convinced such efforts were legal, so Team Trump gave him the hard sell. Christina Bobb — at the time, on air-personality at a conservative media outlet, before she formally joined Trump’s legal team — emailed the outgoing president’s advisers, urging them to have Rudy Giuliani pressure Mastriano.

Unfortunately, whatever voting irregularities, vote fraud, voter registration fraud, vote harvesting, and mail ballot shennanigans that President Trump claimed as interference in the 2020 election, he did not (in 2020 and 2021), and has yet to, produce in an indexed, complete and thorough collection . . . that he is going to need, now.
In Trump's favor, is that significant evidence of fraud has turned up since then, and I sure hope that he has a team organizing the whole of the fraud, into a comprehensive proof.
