I had a boss with similar mannerisms, about 15 years ago.
He was, of course, a liberal.
Over the years I’ve known four or five very effeminate men, who were all happily married and had between two to four children. I don’t understand it, but they were real regular except they had very effeminate mannerisms.
Maybe they grew up with sisters, or female role models. Maybe a psychologist could explain it all.
I never made fun of them although a lot of people did. They celebrated all the holidays took their kids to church had them in sports programs, it’s a conundrum.
Obviously it’s part of the overall Human Condition. That is a well recorded that people throughout history from kings on down have effeminate traits.
