Here is Gov. Ron DeSantis on with Megyn Kelly where she asked if he would commit to pardoning President Trump if he is elected President. It is highly unlikely DeSantis will be in that position. He’s losing ground in the GOP Nomination race right now. He doesn’t exactly give a definitive answer here either........

would be nice if he answered something like “this is total BS that there’s any indictments in the first place! He should not even be indicted, so in the unlikely even he is convicted, of course I would indict him.”
Instead his answer is like “well...he probably deserves it...but he is an old man...”
well, this brings up questions, how many of these candidates really expect to win the GOP nomination, and/or the general election?
Do Chris Christie, the relatively unknown mayor of Miami, the unknown governor of North Dakota, Tim Scott, Nikki Haley, and the rest, really expect to be the GOP nominee? Are they hoping to be Trump’s running mate? Hoping to be in Trump’s cabinet, and so they get to show off in the primary campaign??? Who can say???

DeSantis is right about not sending Biden to prison. He should receive the death penalty.
He also took the passive-aggressive chickens##t way of saying that Trump could/should go to prison.
I've wondered how many pro-Trumpers in FL are people who love, love, love DeSantis as governor and want Trump to win prez in part so they can keep DeSantis as governor.

If the morons had just let Trump have his second term, he'd already be halfway through it, and he'd be out of the way in 2024. They extended their misery for what? Now they have to work twice as hard to keep him off the ballot next year, and in the process, continually prove the level of their corruption to the people. Pretty stupid on their part.

Biden, would be an 80 year old former president. DeSantis's comment says no indictment for him.
And the indictments for Trump are wrong, not because he's a former president and not because he would be near 80 years old. They are wrong because they are politically based and because they are bogus.
