What corporate owners get out of fascism is a government-enforced monopoly. What the government gets out of it is complete control of production. What the people get out of it is screwed.

They have an affinity for one another and it actually takes policy makers, politicians and government senior buerocrats, a juridical system, true “watchdog media,” to prevent what is sort of a natural merging of power, but which is extremely dangerous.
