JP Morgan Chase CEO says 'eminent domain' powers may be needed to accelerate energy transition projects as 'window is closing' for climate change action.
In a latest article. The Wall Street titan told JP Morgan’s investors in the bank’s annual report: “Massive global investment in clean energy technologies must be done and must continue to grow year-over-year.
Really? Citizens ask, "What about when school children were told 20 years ago that oil would run out?", "What about when legislators said we had had ten years to stem global warming?"
Now people must give up their property? For what? Countries across the globe are asking harsh questions about Dimond's statements, and with apparent good reason.
Given the recent revelations regarding JP Morgan financing connections to Epstein and potential child trafficking, many are questioning Dimond's recommendations. Are these things legal? are they necessary?

Wind farms are losers. They harm the environmeny and do NOTHING to “fight climate change”. Nuclear power is the way to go. Much higher power per unit area.
EnvironmenT. Sorry.
These turbines might actually be in Wareham, MA
They also provide nice cover from an intense hail storm. When the storm is over, the only thing they still provide is shade and cover from hail storms.
I am a planning commissioner in a small township in Michigan.
We are looking at writing zoning requirements for wind farms and solar farms in our township. We currently don’t have any, which is an open invitation to the power companies.
We are 90% agricultural, and the citizens want it to stay that way, so we have been advised to be proactive; otherwise we will be steamrolled.
Our state has mandated 100% renewable energy by 2030 I believe. Not sure about the year. But this has put the energy producers in a bind. They must comply, but no one wants to sell/lease land to them, because the land they want is mostly farm land, already cleared of trees and mostly flat or rolling.
We do have some areas in the state already that have wind turbines, but not enough. I foresee the government taking the land for this purpose. We will starve to death, but have “green” energy
I proposed language in our zoning ordinance that states we will allow it in our township, but only in areas that have been declared wetlands. Let the greenies pick what is more important...
All agreed, but it hasn’t been publically discussed yet. Most likely, we will allow it in 1% or 10% of the land area of the townhip, and designate that area location.
The “greens” have to get all the “green” mandates possible to get in place and part of government and financial structures before the earth’s next cooling phase begins.
“set-asides”, land that is restricted to a single use..............
yes
You ‘set-aside’ them into the SWAMP!............ 👍
Take his property first.
Seizing Private Property For Wind Farms
They better have fire departments near by OH WAIT that’s planning ahead never mind.
Canada thought they had big ass fires.
This fool runs JPMorgan????”
The things some people let others do is beyond reasoning.
“Jaime Dimon Now Recommends Seizing Private Property For Wind Farms”
Perhaps we should seize Jaime Dimon and tether his ever moving mouth to a power-generating device.
Do the world a favor.
