People are wising up. The problem remains...the government subsidies and the government forcing sales for government workers, school buses...

I wish Tesla would do what's right...and give up the EV business.

Our son recently rented a Tesla for a long trip. According to our DIL, it really wasn’t much of a savings, about the same as fuel. So what’s the point? They really aren’t that attractive, either.

There is a taste for Teslas, but not any of the other insipid offerings. Elon never meant for Tesla to take over; Tesla is intended as a niche car.

I’m guessing the EV is here to stay this time around to as an urban runabout. However, it will never become the long hauler, construction or agriculture workhorse or travel vehicle of choice for families. I’m thinking maybe hydrogen is the better fit. Also, improvements continue on the ICE. And, will be with us for at least the rest of this century.
