Hundreds of thousands of American teachers have resigned since 2020. As of 2023 44% of American school districts lack sufficient numbers of teachers (www.lawdistrict.com/articles/teacher-resignation-crisis), and this trend only continues to worsen.
Black male students are 1.5 times more likely than White male students to bring a firearm to school (usafacts.org/articles/how-many-high-schoolers-carry-a-gun/). While Hispanic females are more than twice as likely to bring a gun to school than White females.

No, it needs to be eliminated. Make each parent pay for their kids education... no federal or state subsidies, that coupled with elimination of welfare will solve the problem.
There was a “skittles” case in GA that is available on YouTube. A teacher of 5 year olds rewarded good behavior with a small cup of candy. One young man who was consistently a problem didn’t earn a reward and promptly had a meltdown. He broke classroom property knocking a computer off the desk and attempted to bite the teacher.
That’s where it got interesting. The teacher instinctively pulled his arm away causing the child to lose his footing and bang his head while falling. His mother involved the schoolboard who took her side over that of the white male teacher.
Black female “investigators” were attempting to set up a situation where he would be criminally charged with child endangerment! Thank goodness he had a skilled attorney who was familiar with the “culture” of the county’s educational system and got the nonsense dismissed.
Those latter degrees require the ability to self-educate and are much more readily completed with the help of good mentors. Today's government schools prepare K-12 students to be education majors - at best - which is why we end up with so may of them.
Why waste time trying to teach the unteachable.
There is no such thing, scientifically speaking, as race.
This is about culture, not skin color.
It still applies to both of us, I have been reasonably successful at many different jobs and a business, and we are almost 70 now.

I was focused on the 75 per cent white figure. A lot of foreign immigrants call themselves whites that the US government wouldn’t.. Still 59.3 percent is closer to 60 percent than 54 percent. (And the real Amish/mennonites(not the Freeper version) are projected to reach 100 million people by 2100)
Some white groups are still having children.
Too many public school systems have become WOKE and are anti white. Concerned whites should opt out for private schools or home schooling. All one has to do is watch TV, 85 to 90% of commercials are black, Asian or inter racial, and in most cases whites are portrayed as boobs. Shame on us we gave it away.

I see just the opposite. The inroads they’ve made recently, which continue, are moving ridiculously fast. We have been conquered; we just don’t know it yet. (And we are footing the bill.)

And that includes diversity within families. It’s not the skin color so much that’s the problem. It’s the extreme cultural irreconcilable differences. The formerly strong family units are being weakened and compromised.
Public schools and teachers unions are the problem. Give parents/guardians vouchers and let them choose the school(s) they send their kids to - be it: private, public, parochial, home. Currently, vested interested want to keep us funding schools, agendas and values that most of us disavow. If woke parents want public schools for their kids - have at it but don't expect others to to pay for it! As it stands, the public school system with its teachers unions are holding parents hostage - this must end! Remove the money and you remove the power.
But, will the welfare queens still be able to buy lobster, candy, sugared cereal, chips and restaurant food with their EBT cards?
Fairfax County Public Schools’ (Virginia) tactic is to make absolutely onerous rules that no teacher could ever live up to... but selectively ignore trannies and blacks who don’t follow them. One principal’s PhD was about how white people are inherently incompetent to teach black kids. The funny thing is that for all the black people they’re hiring to relate to minorities better, most of the minorities are from Central America or South Asia. So how exactly are black teachers better at teaching Hispanics.
I got them right out of high school and homeschooling. The difference in maturity was noticeable. If you’re worth a flip as a teacher, you realize rather quickly their weaknesses and strengths. I have sent many down the path of success when the opportunity arose. After 20+ years, I’ve got a lot of stories.
Sure they do...they helped put Bush in office in 2004 when it looked like he might lose in 2004 to Kerry.
