Both Arthur and Obama had a natural born citizen parent and a non-citizen parent. Arthur's father was a non-naturalized native and citizen of Ireland, at the time part of the UK. Obama's supposed father was a non-naturalized native and citizen of Kenya. Both mothers were natural born citizens. In the case of Trump, he qualifies as a natural born citizen, as he was born in New York to a natural born father and a naturalized citizen mother, a native of Scotland, UK, who became a citizen several years before the future President was born.
