Some day America will be faced with a politician who can give a good speech; someone who can speak with good rhetoric, good oration, and who can “command a room.”
When that happens, Americans will fawn over them—no matter what the message is.
On one side we have a demented fool. On the other, we have a man who cannot give a prepared speech to save his life, and when he goes off the cuff he rambles around too much.
Aren’t people trained to give a speech any more? It’s a shame.
