This young black inner city culture is a train wreck. Has been for decades, no one responsible for their kids seems to want to change it either.I just looked it up and blacks only make up 6% of the student population at this particular school. I wonder what percentage of the suspensions they make up?
Apparently this is a very good school that only takes 10% of the students who apply for it.

My instinct is that 10% has some DIE exceptions. If so, some good kids got shafted.
