For the fourth straight year, “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” will be performed at the Super Bowl. The so-called “black national anthem” assumes a separate black nation, a concept with a rather strange origin.
The Communist Party USA, an overwhelmingly white party controlled by an all-white Soviet dictatorship, held that blacks were not real Americans. In 1928, the Communist International, (Comintern), founded by the USSR to control national Communist parties, declared that blacks in the United States were a separate nation and called for self-determination in the “black belt,” a swath of territory in the south.
In 1930, as Paul Kengor explained in “Communism’s African-American Soviet Republic,” the Comintern called for a Soviet-controlled “Negro Republic” among America’s southern states. The current Revolutionary Communist Party calls for black Americans to unite into a separate, autonomous republic in “the southern part of the former imperialist United States of America.” The decision would be made by “a special vote in which only African-Americans would be eligible to participate.”
...
For black conservative Larry Elder, that raises an issue.
“What happens if at least some players reject the narrative that blacks remain victims and consider the singing of the black national anthem at the Super Bowl divisive?” And as Elder predicts, “the first white or black player who takes a knee at the Super Bowl during the ‘black national anthem’ will immediately have the league’s bestselling jersey. As Nike says, ‘Just do it!’”

Every time I try to recall why I am boycotting the NFL they insist on reminding me.
NFL—kneel to my middle finger.
It’s a GODLY Hymm that praises the LORD given a very bad name.
I wish SPORTS was just SPORTS, and not politics. So I decided to get me a great book, I will be reading the History of Spain during the time of King Carlos V. I probably will learn something more important than watching the Superbowl. For ‘that’ reason, that false National Anthem. How about BATTLE HYMN OF THE REPUBLIC. !! Or America the Beautiful!
I like Elder’s idea.
Of course, the definite result will be he will be kicked out of the NFL.
Amen
I surprise the l3ft hasn’t tried to cancel it yet.
” The so-called “black national anthem” assumes a separate black nation”
Personally, I wish that was actually made a reality.
This dysfunctional marriage ain’t working. Never has, never will.
Let each side go their own way and control their destinies. It’s better for both and will result in better relationships.
I don’t care for it being deemed the “black national anthem”, but I have to wonder where all of these people have been for the past several years. And every week in many NFL stadiums and other public gatherings.
The new found drama tells me a lot of people are not really paying attention. And it shows the power of a few well worded, high valence posts on social media.
Yesterday a middle aged, fairly respectable looking black guy came into my gym with a t shirt that said, “Stop pretending your racism is patriotism”. I have spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to decipher that. I haven’t come up with anything except that the guy is obviously racist. I was tempted to ask him but I try to live by the rule “stay smart, stay apart” as much as possible.
Then sing it in Church, not at the Super Bowl.
Seems natural for the Negro Football League
The Problem is calling it the black National An5hem. Thier is ONLY one of course. It is actual6, “ lift your voice and sing.”
Tell it to Clerence Thomas, Byron Donalds and many Conservative blacks. Your’recomment is dumb. Judge people as people.
Here’s a conversation starter:
Get an identical t-shirt that reads, “Stop pretending my patriotism is racism.”
“Judge people as people.”
They won’t let you, or haven’t you noticed?
You have no understanding of group identity dynamics and how the group “average” is much important than a few exceptions.
Let me ask you, let’s say people were strictly treated on their merits, which identifiable group would end up with the most menial jobs. Which group’s student would rank at the bottom of their classes. Which group of people would do worse in life? Which group would commit more crimes?
And after you answer those questions, answer this. How would the people that identify with the group at the bottom react? Do you think they might ask themselves and others, “Hey why are so many of my people getting the short end of the stick? Especially when you say there are no differences between races?” Do you think after a while they may start rioting and demand “equity” and “reparartions” and “preferential treatment”?
And how will the do-gooders in the other group react who believe the lie that all races are the same and are terrified of being called “racists” react?
In case you have trouble answering those questions, just open your eyes and look around, and you’ll see the answer to all those questions in the racial dystopia we’re living.
See Chris Rock’s skit on this.
